house-mania

So far so good. I tend to keep a good hold on my messes, therefore my house tends to always look somewhat presntable. I have to start up the improvement work again. I must have it 100% to my liking.

I'm going back on my diet from last year. I haven't gained all the weight back, but damn-near. I'll get used to the trend now while I'm at home more and start preparing my lunches when I go back to school. mmmmmmmmmmmm meat. While I'm on that kick, I'll also be exercising. Nothing like a good sweaty workout to build muscle that will in turn burn more fat. I can do itI just might do a few "before" pics to keep myself focused. I fit nicely in a 2x t-shirt. At one pointy in my adult life, I could do a medium and it looked nice. that was 8 inches in my waist ago. I don't think I can get there, I just don't want to be "here". My knees and ankles are pretty screwed, so I'll have to start soft and slow, no deadlifts and squats (my secret to being 155) If I could get to 180 with decent muscle tone, I'd be pretty stoked.
